How do we contact GMT 24:7 in cases of emergency, for example, in the middle of the night?

When you subscribe to our Property Maintenance Club each member is issued with a card, similar to a credit card, upon which will be your membership number together with our 24:7 emergency hotline telephone number. All you have to do is call that number, any time of the day, any day of the year.

What happens if we rent our property out on short term holiday lets, how do our tenants contact you in the event of an emergency?

Regardless of whether you employ a managing agent to meet and greet your clients, we will devise a tailor made protocol that works for you.

For example, you could inform your tenants directly when they make a booking, giving them your membership number and our 24:7 emergency hotline number, or include our details in your welcome pack.

Alternatively, if you have a managing agent you might prefer to organise everything through them, in which case you just pass your membership details to them, advise GMT and we will take care of the rest.

In creating the first ever Property Maintenance Club in the Algarve, the mission of GMT 24:7 is to establish a long-term relationship with its member’s. Therefore, unlike some of our competitors, who can sometimes be illusive once the client has paid the bill, we at GMT 24:7 won’t be, because we want our long-term relationship with our member’s to prosper in to the future, built upon a foundation of genuine trust. GMT are just a phone call away 24:7! So you can RELAX.

How does the Home Improvement Loyalty Voucher System work?

All of our Property Maintenance Club Members receive one Loyalty Voucher per year, which is valid for 3 years, so you don’t have to have work carried out on your property every year to benefit.

Member’s can save up their Loyalty Vouchers and use, for example, the sum total of multiple vouchers against one big job, or have as many home improvements done as regularly as suits. The system is specifically designed to be flexible to work around the requirements of our members.
